Print heap and managed PSRAM status; policy also shows allocation-class counters, guarded fallback limits, and the last tagged failure.
Usage

mem [policy] | Print heap and managed PSRAM status; policy also shows allocation-class counters, guarded fallback limits, and the last tagged failure. |
mem reclaim | Ask registered owners to release rebuildable idle data, compact eligible buffers, and show recovered bytes and the largest free block before and after. |
mem compact | Compact unpinned movable buffers and show the largest free block before and after. Raw pointers, DMA and stacks stay fixed. |
mem owners | Show managed-region bytes, allocation counts, movable bytes and largest object by owner tag. SDK-region totals remain in mem policy. |
