controller create <name> pid|hysteresis or controller delete <name> | Create or remove a named feedback controller. |
controller configure <name> <key> <value> | Set gains, setpoint, output limits, direction, timing, or safe output; see Feedback controllers. |
controller bind <name> <stream>|manual parameter:<path>|pwm:<provider>:<output>|stream:<sink> | Select timestamped measurement input and an owned parameter, PWM pulse, or scalar sink output. |
controller feed <name> <measurement> | Publish a manual-source measurement acquired now. |
controller step <name> <measurement> <dt-seconds> | Calculate output for a stopped controller without writing an actuator. |
controller manual <name> <output> or controller auto <name> | Select a fixed output or automatic computation. |
controller tune <name> [noise-floor [points [timeout-ms]]] | Automatically find motion, measure step responses and validate candidate PID gains without applying them. Starts the worker when needed; component-owned controllers reject tuning. Inspect with status, abort with stop. |
controller start|stop|reset <name> | Enable a bound controller, stop and release its output, or reset a stopped instance. |
