Usage

Usage	Description
`can [list]`	List the attached classic CAN controller and bitrate. See Classic CAN.
`can status <name>`	Show CAN state, queues, and error counters.
`can send <name> <id> <hex-or-> [ext] [rtr]`	Queue a standard, extended, or remote CAN frame with up to eight bytes.
`can recv <name> [timeout-ms]`	Read one CAN frame, waiting at most 1000 ms.
`can recover <name>` / `can start <name>`	Start bus-off recovery, or restart after recovery reaches stopped state.
